Instructions are accepted across personal injury, clinical negligence, plastic & reconstructive surgery, forensic medicine, hand and upper limb injuries, and scarring and burns. Both claimant and defendant solicitors are welcome.
Standard turnaround is 6–8 weeks from receipt of all relevant documentation. Expedited reports can be arranged in urgent cases — please indicate this in your enquiry.
Yes. All expert witness reports are prepared in strict compliance with CPR Part 35 and the accompanying Practice Direction. Prof. Hindocha is experienced in responding to Part 35 questions from opposing counsel.
Fees are provided on a case-by-case basis following initial review. A fee schedule will be shared within 24 hours of your enquiry. Fixed fees are available for standard report types.
Yes. Instructions are accepted from solicitors across England and Wales. Examinations are conducted at Harley Street, London or Birmingham, with remote review available where appropriate.
