Our standard turnaround for a desktop expert witness report is 10–14 working days from receipt of a complete instruction bundle. Independent medical reviews are typically completed within 5–10 working days. Where an in-person examination is required, turnaround is agreed individually based on appointment availability. Urgent turnaround within 48–72 hours is available in appropriate cases — please contact us to discuss.
Yes. We maintain capacity for urgent instructions and can often accommodate requests requiring a report within 48–72 hours for desktop reviews. Please telephone us directly on +44 (0)7539 710 740 to discuss your deadline and we will confirm availability and any applicable urgent fee at the outset.
Yes. We accept both single-party and joint instructions. Where a joint instruction is proposed, we ask that all instructing parties agree the scope of questions and confirm the instruction in writing before we accept. Joint reports are produced on the same evidential basis as single-party reports, with the same duty to the court taking precedence over the interests of any instructing party.
Fees are quoted individually based on the complexity of the case, the volume of records to be reviewed, and the type of report required. We provide a written fee estimate before accepting any instruction. Our fees are competitive for a Harley Street Consultant Surgeon of this seniority, and we do not charge separately for reasonable clarificatory questions following delivery of the report.
Yes. We accept instructions from solicitors and legal professionals across England and Wales, regardless of the location of the case or claimant. Desktop reviews can be completed for cases nationwide. Where an in-person examination is required, this is conducted at our Harley Street, London consulting rooms, with all associated arrangements confirmed at the point of instruction.
